We Can Help You Live Longer And Feel Great.

With Healthcare That Actually Promotes Health

  • Sleep Support

We have developed a therapy that can help improve your overall sleep.

This therapy combines vitamins, music, guided meditation, light therapy and breathwork.

    How it works:
1.) Come in with the intention you are ready to relax and have better sleep
2.) You will be provided a vitamin sublingual mood booster. It helps with neurotransmitter production during the therapy.
3.) Sit in a comfortable chair.  A BrainTap headset with speakers and a visor will be given to you to wear for 20 minutes. This headset will provide audio and light therapy
4.) For the next 20 minutes, you will be sitting/lying comfortably in a quiet space while the headset and vitamins re calibrate your brain and relax your nervous system.
5.) Once the BrainTap session is done, you will remove your headset. It is recommended that you take your time to reflect at this point in the therapy as your brain and nervous system are more relaxed. New thoughts might begin to develop.
6.) Nurse Doza will come back to provide a calming vitamin drink for you to take and to help guide you on your path to better sleep with a few at home tips.
7.) Pay attention to the next night’s sleep and be aware of any changes.
8.) Repeat as often as needed.

  • Lab Testing

We love to order labs. Labs can tell us information about how our body is functioning. It can tell us about the current health of our heart, liver, brain, hormones and nutrients.

Labs can predict trends in our genetics. They can be measurable for improvement. Labs can hold us accountable. That's why we recommend routine lab work (once-twice a year) to really take control of your health & wellness.

With routine lab work, you can track your health in real time and make the improvements needed. That's where we come in.

Labs can provide us with the blueprint for how YOUR body works. And what YOUR body needs in order to function.

At the Nurse Doza Clinic, we can then take those lab results and develop a plan of action personalized JUST FOR YOU. This plan can include diet recommendations, custom daily vitamin packets, as well as educational online materials for you to study and learn from.

Some of the more common labs we order:

    • hs-CRP (C-reactive protein)

    • Fasting Insulin

    • Insulin Resistance (HOMA-IR)

    • Advanced Lipids Panels (Lp(a), ApoB, etc.)

    • Liver Enzymes

    • TSH and Thyroid Antibodies (TPO)

    • Adrenals (DHEA-s & Cortisol)

    • Vitamin B12 & Vitamin B9 (Folate)

    • Homocysteine

If you are ready to learn more about your labs, your genetics and how your body functions:

  • PRP (Plasma Rich Platelet) Injections

A platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection uses a person's platelets to accelerate the healing of damaged joints, ligaments, tendons, or muscles.

This injection is great for sports injuries, chronic pain and even hair restoration.

“PRP treatment can help support wound healing in trauma and joint injury. The technique can address male pattern baldness, stimulate the growth of hair transplants and enhance other cosmetic procedures” -John Hopkins Medicine

“Different types of PRP products are usually given as injections (shots) to heal and repair injuries. The job of platelets in the body is to help blood clot when there is an injury. The cytokines and growth factors that are in platelets can help repair injuries and encourage healing.”
    - Cleveland Clinic
